Mission
Choose Outdoors provides support for our nation's public lands by promoting outdoor recreation and active lifestyles. We do this by:
- Working directly with agencies and partners to create effective outdoor education, learning, volunteer opportunities, and experiences for people of all ages;
- Advocating in favor of outdoor recreation and bring together the support of industries associated with the outdoors; and
- Supporting investments in recreation programs and infrastructure to promote active lifestyles.
AMERICA’S FORESTS with CHUCK LEAVELL
America’s Forests captures the breadth of our nation’s woodlands - both public and private. We feature different stories that demonstrate how vital forest habitats are to the well-being and economic health of communities across the country. In this video series, we present individuals who embody this passion for the woods, from architects to artists, and from climbers to carpenters.
